• When sending boards for fabrication, if DXF files are sent, remember that DXF files do not contain units, and you must tell the vendor what the units are.
• Any purchases over $5000 have to either be bid or have a justification for why it was not bid. Many vendors will lower their prices if they are a little over the $5000 mark to avoid having a potential sale go out to bid. Use this to your advantage.
