A 'light-weight', polarimetric array radar signal simulator is developed to study airborne radar processing technologies as a complement to the 'heavy-duty' weather simulations. This simulator is very simple, easy to understand and easy to be tailored for different needs. It is in trial period at this moment and welcomes any feedback and comments from users.
