Student Journal Paper Award
In recognition of research accomplishments and scholarly publications, eligible ARRC students receive an
ARRC Journal Paper Award and a cash prize of $500. Students must be current ARRC employees to be eligible.
Award Eligibility:
- All students in the ARRC are eligible to apply for this award.
- There is no limit to the number of awards a student can receive.
- The student receiving the award must be the lead author of the paper.
- The paper must be officially accepted for publication in a refereed archival journal.
- The ARRC must be listed in the lead author's affiliation.
- The paper needs to report work conducted at or related to the ARRC.
To Apply for the Award:
- No later than three months after the official acceptance of the paper, the student must submit via email the items listed below to the ARRC Director:
- 1) Student's advisors.
- 2) An electronic copy of the editor's letter of acceptance, clearly stating the journal name, that the manuscript is accepted for publication in its current form, and the date of acceptance.
- 3) An electronic copy of the accepted paper.
