Student Conference Paper Award
In recognition of students who receive a paper or poster award at conference competitions, eligible ARRC
students receive an ARRC Conference Paper Award and a cash prize of $500. Students must be current ARRC
employees to be eligible.
Award Eligibility:
- All students in the ARRC are eligible to apply for this award.
- There is no limit to the number of awards a student can receive.
- The student receiving the award must be the lead author of the paper.
- The student needs to obtain the 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in the competition.
- The ARRC must be listed in the lead author's affiliation.
- The paper needs to report work conducted at or related to the ARRC.
- The conference should be sponsored by IEEE, AMS or other recognized international society
To Apply for the Award:
- No later than three months after the official announcement of the award, the student must submit via email the items listed below to the ARRC Director:
- Student's advisors and co-authors.
- An electronic copy of the announcement of the competitive award, clearly stating the conference name, number of participants, title of the paper, date of award, and picture of award ceremony, if available.
