I am miniaturizing a quasi-isotropic antenna to be integrated with a Hybrid-RFID tracking device so that ornithologists will be able to assign a unique RFID to individual birds and track them using the national weather radar network without inhibiting their natural behavior or environment. This will increase the number of species researchers will be able to track and allow them to gather precise location and time data for each bird.
